Kursus ini merangkumi konsep dan definisi kecergasan keseluruhan dan kecergasan fizikal serta kepentingan kecergasan fizikal, komponen kecergasan fizikal berlandaskan kesihatan, komponen kecergasan fizikal berlandaskan lakuan motor, prinsip-prinsip latihan kecergasan fizikal, kaedah-kaedah latihan kecergasan fizikal, jadual latihan kecergasan fizikal; periodisasi latihan, pemakanan sukan, keselamatan dan kecederaan sukan.  

 

This course covers  the concepts and definitions of overall  fitness; physical fitness and the importance of physical fitness;health-related and motor-related physical fitness:principles, methods and shedule of physical fitness trainning; periodization of trainning; sports nutritions; and sport safety and injuries
